The Titus 2 women of tomorrow’s Church, are today playing with their dollies, having little tea parties, or perhaps learning to potty train. And with the exception of a girl’s mother, a sister employs the next greatest influence over a young girl, shaping her interpretations of womanhood.
The relationship that sisters share can be a precious one. Like you, I desire for my girls to enjoy their sisterly relationship, not merely tolerate it. I try to teach them that although friends and acquaintances may come and go, family will, Lord willing, be a bond that lasts all their days. I want to encourage my daughters to use the influence God has given them over their younger sisters intentionally, not squandering the fleeting years they have been given together.

Bambi,
I love this post. This is a matter I often ponder, in regards to my sons, too. The age gaps can often be a challenge, and it keeps me on my knees.
Me too, friend. Me too.
